THREE BLONDE SISTERS WITH DIFFERENT CHARACTERS
This image was already created in 2021 using AI and Metadata.
From the beginning of the AI revolution, I have wondered what knowledge is hidden in the metadata of thousands and now millions of images circulating on the internet. Images that are constantly analyzed by machine learning. Can we get an idea of how humanity views the world through the analysis of metadata? In my other series on metadata, you can see how I use metadata to get an idea of what the future will look like. According to Yuval Noah Harari (an Israeli medievalist, military historian, public intellectual, and writer), the future is hidden in the past and current developments.
In the first image below, I wondered how an avant-garde photographer would create an image of three blonde sisters, around 20 years old, with different characters in the US in the 1960s.
The animation at the bottom consists of 100 different images. It depicts a person generated by metadata, who was born in 1961 and lived until 2061. Each image represents a year of her life, reflecting the specific period. It's a life in a blink.
