FUTURE COVERS / A FASHION TIME CAPSULE
META DATA ART /  MAY 2025

This series is a speculative archive of fashion magazine covers from the year 2050. Each image was generated using AI and enriched with metadata-driven prompts, combining the aesthetic legacy of Erwin Blumenfeld — the visionary fashion photographer of the mid-20th century — with my own visual language.
Using generative tools, I asked AI not only to simulate style, light, and pose, but also to project current socio-cultural and fashion photography trends into the future. The result is a collection that reflects both what we know now and what we imagine is coming.
Each portrait is a synthetic model of a moment that hasn’t happened yet. These are not just fashion images — they are time capsules of predicted beauty ideals, identity fluidity, and visual aesthetics shaped by data, desire, and cultural momentum.
This project invites the viewer to consider how AI, identity, and image-making will shape our understanding of style, self, and representation in decades to come. What does it mean when the future of fashion is already being imagined — and visualized — by machines?
